• Location: San Antonio, TX (In-person)

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and understand their needs with genuine enthusiasm.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and facilitate memorable test ride experiences.
• Guide customers through the sales process with assistance from management and finance teams.
• Manage and follow up on leads using dealership tools and resources.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business.
• Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and community events to stay engaged and informed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in Motorcycles or related fields.
• Strong sales skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organized with consistent follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
• A current, valid driver’s license.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
